The basic double-coated electrode Garant X combines the benefits of a purely basic electrode with those of a double-coated one. For the welder, it is as simple to handle as a double-coated electrode, with the good mechanical qualities of a basic-coated one. In addition, the welding process is almost free of spatter.

The Garant X is perfectly suited for welds in constrained positions. Due to the special raw material composition of the sheathing and the electrode core, high-quality seam welds are produced that are particularly crack-proof.
